I have Asellertool and my only complaint is that there is no way of telling how updated my downloads are. I have asked thme many times how often they update and I have never gotten a straight answer. I have 2 machines I bought from them and the monthy service fee of $50. I can tell you that within 5 minutes of a complete download I will do a spot check and it's usually off. I also have difficulty doing downloads as thier server is only available from 9-9 PST and I live on the east coast.
I have made some money with it like finding a book that I sold for $250. Sometimes I wish I could find a company that was a bit more reliable. If I didn't havce so much invested in it, I'd find another company.

Dennis @ Neatoscan wanted to weigh in on this post:

Hi Adam,

You don't have the full picture about who has listing from PDA feature.
Here is another blog that also incorectly reported back in 2006 that we
let sellers list to amazon without any oversight straight from PDA:

http://www.weberbooks.com/selling/2006_08_01_ar...

"Meanwhile a new competitor named neatOscan is getting some buzz.
Service is $50 a month (ouch!), but get this: It will automatically list
books on Amazon as you find them. (That last part sounds scary, can I
think about it for a minute?)"

We pulled the listing from PDA feature because we came out with
Inventory Manager and that much better addressed our clients needs to
manage their inventories.

Hi Adam,

You don't have the full picture about who has listing from PDA feature.
Here is another blog that also incorectly reported back in 2006 that we
let sellers list to amazon without any oversight straight from PDA:
